Library and Instant Details Shortcut Keys

Library Shortcut Keys

Ctrl+Alt+1 serves as a toggle to open/close the Library.

In the Library
Press	To...
Shift+Ctrl+A	Alphabetize all items in that section of the Library
Shift+Ctrl+D	Add a divider to the Library
Shift+Ctrl+N	Add a folder to the Library
Ctrl+Backspace	Remove an item from the Library
Shift+Ctrl+S	Show in the Library
Ctrl+T	Set the default display of the selected item in the Library
Ctrl+C	Copy picture associated with Library item
Ctrl+P	Print the selected resource Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or module/module Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource
Ctrl+Double-click on any item in the Library	Open a new Workspace with the item displayed (instead of a new tab)
Alt+Click on a Category triangle	Open or close all Categories and subfolders in the Library

 

Instant Details Shortcut Keys

Ctrl+Alt+2 serves as a toggle to open/close the Instant Details.

In the Instant Details
Press	To...
Ctrl with the cursor over a word or reference in a text pane	Display the first relevant article of the Tool in the Instant Details; as long as the button is held down, the article in the Instant Details is updated with cursor movement
Ctrl with the cursor over a word in a Keyed Text	Display both the Key dictionary and the top English Dictionary article for that word
Shift with the cursor over a word or reference in a Text pane	Keep the same information displayed in the Instant Details, regardless of the subsequent cursor movement
Release Ctrl+	Return to the original instant details
Alt+ Ctrl+	Display the top English dictionary for the selected word in the Instant Details
